City Walls Collection
A 39-unit York city-centre portfolio, acquired as one complex transaction and retained for long-term ownership.
When a portfolio landlord decided to reduce his holdings, I had the opportunity to acquire three buildings within York’s historic city centre. The location, unit mix and established income aligned strongly with my long-term strategy.

Contact usCity Walls Collection comprises 36 flats and three commercial units across three buildings within York’s historic city centre.
Completed in March 2026, this was one of the most significant acquisitions in my portfolio. Its scale, mixed-use nature and city-centre location meant it required detailed due diligence and close coordination across legal, lending, tax and operational matters.
The opportunity combined established income, a resilient location and assets I wanted to retain for the long term. Completing it required patience, careful risk management and the ability to work through complexity that extended well beyond a conventional property purchase.
Today, City Walls Collection forms a substantial long-term holding within my portfolio.
It demonstrates the approach I bring to every acquisition: disciplined buying, thorough due diligence and the ability to execute when a transaction is more complex than it first appears.
Improving property. Creating long-term value.
